There are 3 main objectives that the PMC program strives to achieve:
To provide information for healthy relationships/marriages
To correct faulty thinking
To lay a solid foundation for godly marriages/homes
The PMC program is structured in such a way that over an 8 week period, counselees attend a class-like session weekly. During these sessions relationship principles are taught and extensively discussed.
Small group meetings led by our counselors (facilitators) also holds weekly in homes. These meetings encourage openness and frank discussions. Our facilitators are spirit-filled married couples who have undergone relationship training.
DURING THE CLASS
The couples get to spend quality time together
Usually the class provides opportunities for counselees to discover more things about each other.
They discover and learn to love each on the partners’ terms by speaking each other’s love language
Because openness and transparency is encouraged, fears and worries are dispelled
Using the steps as taught by the Senior Pastor, conflicts are resolved and couples are happier
A party is usually held at the end of each session
